Cannondale trail headset bearings

Hi there, I’m hoping for some advice please.
I have a fairly low mileage 2011 Trail SL2 that I have started using again.
i noticed the other day the steering felt a little notchy when moved.
I’ve since discovered I may have been using it with not enough preload on the bearings. Anyway now that is adjusted the steering feels tiny a bit smoother but is noisy so I’d like to try and grease them before replacement.
My actual question is are the bearings in the headset actually removable on this as it is semi integrated?
it is the headset shown here

I don’t want to try and lever them out if they are designed to be one piece and only come out with the cup too.
Thanks
