Wahoo Kickr - HELP! Replacement parts needed

Fellow cyclists, I have recently bought a used Kickr and now the flywheel and bearings are totally battered and need replacing. Not having any joy with Wahoo currently in obtaining spare parts. Does anybody know where I may source these parts? Any help much appreciated, thank you

No specific knowledge but I assume the bearings will be a standard type and size, if you can figure out which you can order some third party from e.g., bearingboys. I have done this in the past to fix a broken exercise bike.

Don't think I can help with the flywheel itself, especially without knowing what's actually wrong with it!
  • Steve i recently had a problem with my flywheel with a knocking sound. luckly i still had the receipt from the bike shop from 2 years ago. my receipt was 1 week away from being outside the 2 year warranty. if you contact them at wahoo fitness support, i spoke to Ben and he was very helpful. from sending them a message to them sending me a new flywheel from Holland was only 6 days, they did ask me for a pic of the receipt and a video of the knocking noise, hope this helps.
