Inner tubes?

Hi folks! Thoughts on best inner tubes as I'm in need of a change, I'm riding on fulcrum racing sport. 23mm.

Not a lot of difference, tbh. They're all much alike IME.

There are thinner/thicker or lighter/heavier tubes some different materials, different length valves. That’s about it, it comes down to personal choice in the end. One thing nobody mentions these days though, French chalk, I use plenty of French chalk between the tyre and tube, as they do move around independently (only a little), it helps reduce wear and I guess it must help with reducing rolling resistance IMHO

IME Decathlon ones are as good as others at twice the price.

Depends what you want - Conti supersonics are 50g a piece so about as light as butyl tubes get but are very fragile, Latex offer better ride quality but are expensive and require inflation every ride. Tbh unless you are trying to save everylast gram get them in bulk online - A cheapo butyl tube will be 100g or so. Aim to get tubes with threaded stems and removable valves this will allow you to use locknuts and avoid noise and also you can squirt a bit of sealant into them to give you a bit of puncture protection. Schwalbe are decent and they do a tube that covers 18-28mm so basically 90% of road bike tyres.
