Sram rear mech for 1x10 with 11-42 cassette

Anyone know of a SRAM mech to suit a 1x10 set up with an 11-42t cassette?

Drawing blanks on research so far

    this one? https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/sram-gx-type-2-1-10sp-rear-derailleur/rp-prod135896

Seems to be max capacity 36T and calls out 2x10. A problem running 1x10 on a 2x10 mech?

Sram don't make a rear mech for a 10 speed, 11-42 cassette because they don't make an 11-42 cassette (except in 11 speed), as far as I know.

Shimano makes a 10 speed 11-42 cassettes and the Shimano RD-M6000 GS Shadow+ to work with it.

Costs around £40 which will work and at a capacity of a 10 tooth difference so should be ok with a 32 tooth chain ring up front?

Although not ideal as you would need a suitable Shimano 10 speed shifter too, for around £20.

Give it a try, my XTR mech had a nominal max sprocket size (not capacity, that’s a different measurement) of 34t but is worked on an 11-42 cassette.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
