Budget Wheel Upgrade

I have a boardman Road comp from a few years ago. Looking for a budget Wheel set upgrade for a bit of weight saving. It's a disc wheel set I need. Any recommendations? Ideally under 200 quid.

Fulcrum Racing 7's are in budget, Maybe also have a look at Wiggle's own brand Prime wheels.

Depends if you're happy with 2nd hand or want new.
Disc are lower risk to buy 2nd hand as they don't have brake tracks to wear

How much of an improvement would the budget wheelset s be over the wheelsets that come on bikes? So your standard say giant wheels etc
