Stages power meter issue

Hi
The little metal connector bit came off (see the picture), I used to be able to fiddle with it, get it in place and connect but not anymore. I contacted stages but they don't do out of warranty repairs.
Any ideas if it's possible to salvage that power meter?

    Yes, it's called DIY... buy a soldering iron and some solder. it's an easy job and without looking you can probably buy one for 10 quid or so... maybe less?

    That will be an issue, also because access is very limited there, but I'll give it a shot if I find no other way.
