Tyre size and Inner tube

Hello

Very much a novice so I apologise if my question seems a bit daft?

My front wheel on my bicycle is a Fulcrum Racing 7 rim (ETRTO 622x15c).

Can anyone suggest what would be the best tyre size and inner tube for this rim please?

    25c tyre max on a 15mm or less I.D. rim width, if that is the I.D. Have you measured the internal and external dimensions of the rim? As for the inner tube a 23-25 x 700c.
