Is my rear derailleur hanger bent?

I'm having some issue with the rear derailleur constantly flipping gears in the lower gears, especially when climbing hills (it's a second hand bike).

I've adjusted barrel adjusters, T and H screws, but still flipping.

I have a suspicion it might be a bent rear derailleur hanger.

Can you tell from those photos if that is the case?
