With the current lock down I've had time to build a retro 26er hardtail, using parts I already had. I'm running a triple crank set without a front mech, 1x9. Probably spent about £600 in parts over the years.

Rear mech: Shimano Deore Shadow
Cassette: SRAM PG950 9 speed
Chain: KMC
Brakes: Avid Juicy 3
Stem: Easton EA30 70mm
Bars: Easton EA30 Riser 685mm
Seatpost: Ritchey WCS 27.2
Seat: Charge Spoon
Total weight: 13Kg
