Wanted - Giant mph front brake lever

Can anyone help me to replace my sons mph brake lever please. The push bolt has snapped and is inside the lever and am unable to get it out as the Allan socket has rounded so need to replace the lever and push bolt. Or I maybe should just buy another complete unit ?. It is his commuting bike ,and he only works part time, so would need to be cheap if possible.
