If you can find the Campag part number that's usually a good start.0

I’ve never replaced any of the chainrings on my Campagnolo groupsets with new originals. I prefer to use TA rings which you can get in several places including Wiggle, and IMO they shift just as well as Campagnolo’s own. They also look cool too! For post 2011 and pre 2015 five arm chainsets you’ll want to use the TA 110 PCD Nerius 11 CT series, which also require a new bolt set - https://www.wiggle.co.uk/ta-campag-ultra-torque-carbon-chain-ring-bolts/.0

Finding the part numbers is easy. Go to the tech section on their website and you can view/download manuals.

or a simple google search for 2014 spare parts catalogues
For a CT chainset which I think yours is with 110BCD
Part number for 2014 SR 52 tooth is FC-SR252
Part number for 2014 SR 36 tooth is FC-SR036
For a standard chainset a 36 tooth isn't possible using Campagnolo rings. The smallest stated is 39 and uses 135BCD.
FC-SR139
Z52 for 39 = FC-SR152
As far as getting hold of them I usually search ebay. It's worth noting that the part numbers are the same across the SR, Record and Chorus range but you need to ensure you've got the right BCD especially if you're buying just an outer ring. Can be helpful if you find a cheap full chainset rather than individual rings.
Other than that the likes of cycleclinic have them usually.

I search thro eBay for ta or stonglight. Don't forget about the hidden bolt and spacer.0
