Advice needed

My current wheelset is the older narrow with with an external rim width of 20.5/21mm. I’m looking to replace them but the gap between the seat stays is narrow,only 32mm.
Therefore I’m restricted to rim width. I can only realistically use 23mm tyres due to the frame restrictions.
The only wheels that are similar width to mine seem to be the Campagnolo and DT Swiss Oxic but I didn’t really want to be paying in excess of £700 as this isn’t my best bike. Anyone got any recommendations?
