Boardman 700x 28c tyres

My Boardman comp is pin need of new tyres, can I fit 25c in place of 28c?

    I like the Continental Ultrasport II, puncture resistant tread but not sidewalls, so ride and rolling resistance are only marginally impaired, good rolling, comfy and no visits from the fairy so far (3,500 miles) on this set and zero on my previous set (bought used and ridden for circa 3,000 miles).
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    Yeah, Ultrasports are my commuter tyre of choice as well mainly as you can pick up the folding ones for £10 a pop if you're lucky.
