Shimano Tourney 7x2 replacement and compatibility

Hi all,

I am going to put my long-abandoned Carrera zelos back on the road. It needs the replacement of the Shimano Tourney 7 gearbox and while the rest gets along with a nice greased one.

I would like to know if it is easy to find these used levers online or, alternatively, if there are other models that can be adapted to this type of bicycle.
