Calliper for 27mm rim?

Does anyone know which brake calliper would work with a 27mm wide rim?

Perhaps a pair of Shimano 105 R5800's? Probably on of the only "older" rim-brakes to accomodate wide'ish rim/tyres (Avermaet Roubaix 2017). Shimano officially says "Rim width: 19-26 mm" for the 5800's, so worth a shot

Ultegra R8000 can take a 28mm rim.

Thanks Rasmus. As luck would have it, that’s the Caliper I have.
