Problem downloading head unit data

Hi,

I've migrated over to a new(er) laptop and the software I use (Poweragent and Golden Cheetah) don't seem to recognise that I have a head unit plugged in (a Powertap Joule), meaning I can't download any of my data. Any ideas how to make this work?
