Fitting pre bled R8020 Shimano Ultegra hydronic brake system

Hello - so during these weird times I decided to build my own bike.

I was wondering if anyone knew the steps involved in connecting these hoses to the levers? They have already been connected to the callipers.

There hoses already have the fluid in them. There's a chance they don't need trimming.

The levers have the bolts attached with a yellow bung in the end. The callipers have a rubber seal over the ends.

Any help appreciated!

D.

Have you considered looking at the Shimano installation manual for the parts?

I have the same set waiting to be fitted to a bike. As far as I can tell, assuming the hoses don't need shortening, you just remove the yellow end caps on the hoses and on the levers, insert the hose up to the white line and tighten the nut (8 nm).

Installation instructions are here: (see parts relating to the 'easy hose joint system')

    https://si.shimano.com/pdfs/dm/DM-RADBR01-02-ENG.pdf

In general, the only decent video I could find on fitting these is by 'Free to Cycle' here on YT:
