Bike With Di2 Under 2K
I'm 183cm tall so frame size around 56 / 58, wheelset isn't massively important at this stage as I will probably upgrade them at a later stage.
Looking for what I would call mid range geometry so I'm certainly not a racer but not upright either, something inbetween.
Best I can come up with is a Boardman SLR 9.4 (£2099) with Ultegra Di2 which I quite like the look of & reviews well but as per usual I'm bang in the middle of the sizing. Even good value brands such as Ribble / Canyon start at 2.5k+.
Doesn't seem to be much sub 2k unless I go on eBay which makes me a bit nervous.
Am I being realistic with budget?

I think the challenge will be that the groused alone is about £1k, so getting a frame, wheels and finishing kit for another £1k is a big ask and I suspect that most manufacturers are not expecting much of a market.
Ebay should be safer if you restrict to new bikes.
Just had a look and found the following that list as "new" and worth of a look IMO:
Boardman AIR 9.8 Limited Edition DA di2 large for £1800
Giant TCR Advanced SL Large size excluding wheels for £1600
GIANT PROPEL ADVANCED 0 2018 Di2 MEDIUM (may be too small) for £1995
Orro Gold Carbon Road Bike Ultegra Di2 (Med) for £1900
Orbea Orca M20i-Pro Black/Fuschia Road Bike Di2 for £1800
etc.....1 -
I've had a browse on eBay but not had a deep dive for the above reason.singleton said:I think the challenge will be that the groused alone is about £1k, so getting a frame, wheels and finishing kit for another £1k is a big ask and I suspect that most manufacturers are not expecting much of a market.

I suppose bricks & mortar bike shops list on there as well so that could be an option.
Private sale makes me nervous rightly or wrongly.0 -
How about this in 56cm:

https://www.triuk.com/Triathlon-Bikes/ORRO/Gold-STC-Ultegra-Di2-2020-Black-or-Gold/403276
Or just over at £2,240 but 56 & 58cm:

Slight word of warning on TriUk though in they seem to be messing people about on delivery and apparently they're the same group as Sports Pursuit so be warned!

I'm pretty sure their tied in with Mike Ashley,s sports direct. Impressive store near Nottingham and now he owns evans cycles as well.
Yes. Apologies, I'm completely wrong and was parroting something else said about Sports Pursuit. Does sound like they're a bit overwhelmed with orders and I guess a small delay doesn't matter on a nice bike like those.
To make up for that, how about these bargains (the Cube in all sizes):

I have a CAAD12 which I really like so I've had my eye on that SuperSix for a while to see if the price comes down (which it hasn't) but although I like the bike a lot I've probably read the same reviews as you about the retailer.londoncommuter said:How about this in 56cm:

Can't stand Ashley with a passion so anything connected with him would be absolute last resort.0 -

Both of those look pretty decent.
He also has a lovely 2018 Cannondale SuperSix Evo with Etap in my size but at £3299.99 it's over my budget even factoring in what I'd pay for a wheel upgrade further down the line
