Rear brake cable frame bracket for carbon frame

Hi,

I have a carbon framed bike and the cable mounting under the top tube has detached itself from the frame. Is it advisable to use a cable bracket on a carbon frame to solve the issue or can the cable mount be re bonded to the frame perhaps?

usually its possible to re rivett or bond it or both in place.
