Polygon Collosus DHX 2015 Rebuild

I began a rebuild on a 1.5-year-old DH with the following changes:
Saint scratch-guard decals for the crankset.
New Fox 40 decals since the old ones were scratched/torn
Grips - RaceFace Half Nelson
Tires - Schwalbe Magic Mary Super Gravity Edition 26x2.35
Pedals - RaceFace Chester
Brake Pads - H03C Resin pads
Renthal Fatbar Lite
Order placed and yet to be upgraded
KMC X10 X10EL Bike Chain Gold
Ultegra CS-6700 10 speed 11-25T
Fox 40 Thru Axle (old one got stripped)
So my question was is it safe to use the stripped thru axle which was modified and a bolt was added since initially could not get the axle out:
The rig runs on the following stock spec (apart from the above-mentioned upgrades)
And also any more upgrades you can suggest would be most appreciated.
