Rubber/wire beading(?) coming off tyre

Hi, as per image below some either rubber/wire beading has started coming off my tyre (conti GP5000 TL) Near to the stitching, it pulls away easily but if you try and pull it apart its very tensile. This has happened on both the left and right side of this tyre recently, brake pads aren’t touching the tyre at all, I’m just concerned if it has weakened the structure of the tyre at all? Had the tyres about 8 months and done less than 400miles if that makes a difference

It's a Conti tyre. They all do that. Get a lighter and singe it off. Repeat until tyre needs replacing.

Cheers guys, never had conti’s before and none of the other tyres on previous road and mtb’s I’ve had have done this so was a bit worried.
