Bottom bracket question

I recently bought a Shimano Dura Ace press fit bottom bracket SM-BB92-41B.
Does anybody knows if there is a left and right bearing?
The inner sleeve has a direction, but I am not sure about the bearings.

I wouldn't have thought there was a difference but it mentions left and right...
