MOD By-law changes to access in Aldershot and general area

There's a possible threat to access to MOD land in the general Aldershot area. Not sure exactly where this might effect but posssibly... Pirbright, Mytchett, Porridgepot, Ash, Frith etc. Maybe Minley and Barossa (part of the general Swinley area)???
