I have a 2010 Focus Cayo in need of replacement bearings. They are old and knackered so the text on the side showing the specific size is long gone...i know i have a 1 1/8 steerer top and bottom, but unsure of the specific beraring size, and if 36 or 45 degrees etc. None of the online headset finder tools seem to help...any advice?

I'd say measure them, ideally with a Vernier, then enter the dimensions into one of the bearing suppliers websites. To find out the angles if you stick a business card inside if it fully touches both internal faces it's 45, if not it's 36. Similar for the outside angles, if you place straight edges on the outer bevels where they cross will be 90 degrees there 45, if not 36.
My Allez has 1 1/8" steerer, much Googling told be they were Campag fit which from what I found was fairly common.
Edit: Airevelo show this for a Focus Cayo, might be a good pointer for measurements.

As above, might be worth dropping them an email/message with your full cycle name/model to confirm
