Pinarello Gan S , sizing help

Hello! I have offer for Pinarello Gan S, size 46.5 with 51.5 top tube . Im 166.5 cm, inseam 78 cm and saddle height 68.2 cm. I dont have option for bike fitting at this moment so is this framesize good starting point and someone similiar with me in size and inseam who is on 46.5? Thank you!

    I am 165cm/76 inseam and I have a Canyon CF SL, same seat tube length but 525 ett length so I reckon that with a 100/110 stem it would be a good fit.

    Thank you, what stem length do you use on your Canyon CF ?

    90mm but on the bike you are considering I would be riding a 100mm stem because of the shorter ett.
