700 euro Vitus Nucleus 29 VR or 800 euro Store bike?

Hallo guys
Ive red through a lot of guides and reviews on the Vitus Nucleus 29 VR on this and on other sites and it seems to be the best budget bike for around 500$. I was so sure that im gonna buy it but turns out when shipping, tax, and cutoms fee is applied the 500$ bike turns into a 700 euro (750$) bike.
I live in Switzerland and i can buy a bike in Germany and i get 12% tax back so i could buy a bike in a German store for 800 Euro and would only pay 700 for it.
Do you think i can buy a better bike for 800 Euro in store rather than purchasing the 700 Euro Nucleus?
