WTD: Frameset Road ~56cm Alum/Steel with rack mounts

I have a Scott Speedster FBS30 (L) 56cm with a cracked frame, I need to replace the frame. A like for like replacement would be perfect of course, I've been looking for some time now. But it must have the ability to carry a rear rack (M6 holes in the seat tubes and mudguard mounts), rim brakes, 700c x 25.
I would like to use all the components from the existing bike if possible because there all good
