So I have recently purchased an M7000 crankset and naively ordered a 96BCD narrow wide oval chainring from snail. Any hoo it doesn’t fit! Doh
Has anyone any links to 32t oval narrow wide that is compatible with a Shimano M7000 crank but isn’t £25-40 in price?
Thanks

I doubt you will find a boost narrow wide oval for that money, Superstar are about £30 but they seem to make them for a few brands but not Shimano. Other makes are more money, even a friend of mine who was mking them back in the 80's was charging close to that. Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0

SLX is 96BCD so the chain ring should fit.
Will it physically not fit or is it fouling on the frame once fitted?“Life has been unfaithful

Ah, I think SLX M7000 may have asymmetric bolt holes, so that could be your problem.“Life has been unfaithful

Yes I think it does, I have one of those and on the chainring there should be an arrow or some kind of marking that you align with the direction of crank arm so the chainring fits correctly.JBA said:Ah, I think SLX M7000 may have asymmetric bolt holes, so that could be your problem.
If that makes sense.
I'm currently using a blackspire snaggletooth on mine that I got in a crc sale.1
