Help choosing right size frame

So I'm in the market for a new bike and I have fallen in love with the Specialized Tarmac Pro Disc. I have never ridden the bike, but I love the looks and have read almost every review I guess.
I currently ride a 2008 Bianchi Via Nirone C2C in size 59cm and have had it fitted to me. It feels rather good, but again I have never ridden another bike for more than a hundred meters. I have some measurements from my bikefit, and also used a geometry site to compare the bikes. I know there is more to a good fit than reach and stack, but I know very little besides that.
So if I choose to go along without getting help from a professional bikefit term, which bike would you recommend? When I read along on the forums people tend to get "take the smaller of the two bikes" a lot. I know it might be easier to adjust up than down.
I've included my measurements and bike geo calculations.
I've used two similar Bianchi to get more measurements for comparing.
