Replacement chain set needed

I have a 2015 fury.. The outer ring gone (38teeth, inner 24 teeth). Can't find 24 ring. It's 104 bcd sram. Anyone help with other variations. Been quoted £94 for set. I volunteer with chain cycles. So with their help, replaced all bits after doing 6ooomiles. But stuck with this problem.

    I'm not sure that you get 24 tooth chainrings with 104mm bolt circle - I think it's physically impossible.

    You might want to measure again (or perhaps give us the exact model number for your existing chainrings/chainset?)

    The outer ring will be 104 mmBCD, but the inner will be a lot less, probably 64mm.

    This is where you will find all those difficult to find parts, plenty of chainrings the size you are looking for. They have 56 different 64 BDC rings alone.

    That inner ring is deffo 64mm BCD.

    BCD stands for bolt circle diameter, the diameter of the circle upon which the bolts are located.

    Isn't the inner ring welded on in that case?

    Should be bolted through from the frame side. Unless the whole 2x ring is not meant to come apart, common on budget bikes.

    Sometime it is but that looks to be a 2x crank and the lower chainring has its own separate mounting bolts. Its been awhile but wasn't it only 3x cranks that the outer and middle used the same larger bolts?

    Is the poster going to be using it with a 1x by as just swap the outer ring to a 32, 34tooth or whatever narrow wide chainring?

    I reckon the crankset is a X5 GXP double - from looking at the pics of this 2015 Carerra Fury (about 47s into this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lbflee410lY ) and then looking at the pics for this ebay crankset ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sram-S1000-Double-Chainset-2-x-10-Speed-175mm-GXP-26-39T-/333444065725 ) it does look like the small rings bolted, and a 64BCD looks right for that inner ring. Though noting that the product linked to there is a 120BCD for the outer ring.

    At £56 for new crankset in that ebay link, including BB, I think the £94 quote is a little OTT!
