Gears not changing to small cog

Somebody please help me! My derailleur won't move to the highest gear (smallest cog), the shifter just won't let me move to the highest gear from the second highest. I have a Shimano 11speed and have tweaked the B screw, higher and lower screws thinking I had to adjust them but now I am screwed!.

    Has anything obvious happened between it working and not working: a bump, cable change, crash, etc?
    A bit of history will help to diagnose the problem.

    I have crashed and bumbed my hanger but I can't see even the slightest sign of it being bent.

    The hanger only needs to be slightly out of line to affect gear changes.
    Get it checked or replaced.
