Looking a high viz gilet so im more noticible to other road users, doesnt have to be water or windproof proof, anyone recommend one?

Proviz are very visible when lit up by car headlights etc.
Only as visible as any other gilet in daylight though.0 -

Proviz any good in dull light without car lights hitting it! If not then a vest with more than one means of getting you seen might be a good option too.
Most vests have retro-reflectives that reflect car lights like proviz but also bright colours like orange for visibility in other situations.0 -
At work I'm in a blue one. They differentiated roles by colour. Std yellow, green first raiders, etc. They all light up with the retroreflective bands get hit by lights. Without lights there's really not much advantage.0
