I thought I read somewhere that Endura had pulled out of renewing the deal due to UCI restrictions?

    Interesting - any more deets?

I read about it on CN. A couple of their TT suits were banned by the UCI so they didn't see the point of paying for the privilege of wasting good research money...

    From the Endura statement

'Why are Endura choosing to step back from the WorldTour stage? The escalation route to the top level in road cycling sees Continental and ProContinental teams hit glass ceilings where access to higher-level races is limited and so too the WorldTour where progress in technical apparel is limited by the governing body and the prize for innovation is seeing technological advances banned. Endura reached a fork in the road and have chosen to avoid the developmental dead-end currently being enforced by the UCI.'

I mean, not sure what's wrong with producing nice looking kit that people might want to buy and using it to promote the brand that way (I guess that's the Rapha approach)

Leave the fancy aero stuff to those weird triathlon people...

Not saying the UCI is right, but it doesn't seem a reason to throw your toys out of the pram.

Its a way of capping team (sponsors) budgets and levelling the 'false flat' a bit.

And good to see Campagnolo hanging on in the peloton supplying their third team, Confidis

    Agree wholeheartedly.

Great components and should be shown off in the peloton.

Albeit with Cofidis probably at the back.

Why is that total white band not straight?

I see Sky Ineos have said they are carrying over the same kit design from this year to next year, just with an updated world tour logo

Sustainability and environment good guys :)

Fourth team, unless I've missed a supplier update.

    UAE
    Lotto-Soudal
    Movistar
Cofidis who've been using Campagnolo throughout 2019...or is 'Confidis' a new duck based French sponsor/team?

  • Not much inspiring kit design so far for 2020 is there?
