Dura Ace 7800 Triple chainring replacement

I've got an old Dura Ace triple 7800 which could do with some new chainrings. The outer is no great problem, it's a 130 bcd which I can just use a standard double chainring. The inner ring isn't very worn, so doesn't need to be replaced, but this is bolted to the middle ring. I doubt I'll be able to get a new one of these, so does anyone know of an alternative? Maybe TA make something similar. Or failing that, what about a custom made inner ring? Any ideas on cost or where I might be able to get one?

Is this the ring you need?

Or yet another possibility? https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/chainrings/shimano-ultegra-fc6703-130mm-bcd-5-arm-middle-chainring-d-type-silver-39t/0

That's great, thanks Mercia_man. Think the Stronglight adaptor will do the trick. Means I'll need to get a new inner ring as well, but they aren't too expensive. Means I can keep the groupset going for a bit longer.0
