Fitting Slackerizer / Angleset - Aligning the cups

Hey guys
I'm going to fit a "Slackerizer" from Superstar Components:
https://www.superstarcomponents.com/en/slackerizer-angle-headset.htm
(Similar to the works components one).
In order to install it properly, both the top and bottom cups have to be lined up on the front/rear centre of the head tube
There isn't an exact consensus when it comes to methods on how to do this.
Most people say to eyeball it but I like to be as precise as possible.
Has anyone fitted one of these, and if so can you offer any advice on alignment and fitting?
From a geometry perspective, what is the worst that could happen if they are slightly out. Wonky fork? Premature bearing wear? Certain death?
Thanks in advance!
Uri

Just use a straight edge from centre of the saddle to top of the head tube, or just along the top tube. Remember to put a rule on the head tube first. Myself I just line them up by eye.Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0
