Norco section C4 vs S1

Hey guys doing some research to purchase a road bike for next year. Looking at the section C4 and steel version S1. Both seem decently specced so I am wondering if I am better off with the steel version with a bit better specs or the carbon version still good with the 105? I am looking for a bike to do some long weekend miles as well as some short snappy fun stuff on busy week nights. I will do some fondos here and there, maybe even a few weekend trips and a gravel event. I would like a bike that gives me options and the tire clearance on the frame seems pretty good for some options?
Thoughts? Also open to alternatives.
