shimano bottom bracket to fsa - which one?

Hi folks. At the moment i have a shimano bottom bracket which i believe is standard english thread BC1.37 *24. I am puting a set of FSA mega exo cranks on and not sure which fsa bracket i need. is the one below the one i need..?

    You need to be clear whether you have Mega Exo or Evo. Exo is 24mm spindle, while Evo is 30mm I believe.

    my mistake. It is EVO with the 30mm spindle..not mega exo

    So in that case yes, the BB in the link should be the one..

    I had read somewhere that you could only use the EVO with press fit as the spindle was short, hoping this isn't the case :?
