Cannondale CAAD 12 frame 56cm

I'm considering selling my CAAD 12 frameset. It's a 2016 model but is in mint condition having only covered approximately 400 miles.
I was thinking of £375.00 for the frame only with headset, BB30 bearings ( can be removed if desired) and alloy seat-
post and stock saddle.
Alternatively I could build it up with a Tiagra 4700 10 speed groupset, Cannondale C3 finsishing kit, stock Maddux C/dale wheels and FSA Omega chainset for £500.00. All components have covered 40 miles.
I am based in Portsmouth and would prefer to meet up rather than post. I would be willing to drive 30 miles or so, and will also be staying for a long weekend near Tring in Hertfordshire from 25th-29th October so could take it with me there.
