Having a beer in the airport in Amsterdam ;)
  • Morning. Surfing followed by 2nd half of Ireland Samoa is plan. Maybe session on turbo later if feeling particularly chipper but unlikely as worked last night so probably just be alcohol this evening.

Weather's looking good here too but lurgy and weakness means not a lot is going to happen today.

    Ciao

de-cluttering prior to house move at end of November.

3 bags of clothes for charity shop already done, 3 bin bags for the dump. And that's just one loft.

Anyone know if there is a charity specific for old cycling kit like they have for footy kits?

    Afternoon folks,
Traditional slow start has been enjoyed. Replaced the time switch on the boiler, that saved about £150. The hardest part was opening the box. Good job the plumber was too busy as I would have paid him in blissful ignorance otherwise. Think I deserve a sit down with a cup of tea after all that exertion.
Two 50th birthday bashes tonight, one in a pub 5 minutes walk from here. The other much closer with a good chance of a lock in. Won’t be doing much tomorrow.
    Have a good trip TLW.

Good luck TLW, that's a ferkin big mountain you're tackling. Might be a bit trickier than BPW on the way down as well :)

Good lie in which was needed, but lots to do today.

Enjoy the trip TLW. MF suspect best bet is normal charity shop or stick them on eBay. Good luck with the declutter as well.

Thinking you may be right and thank you!

De-cluttering has destroyed the rest of the house tbh.... where to store all this shyte until day of completion ......

+1 If it's still any good, or sell on Facebook?

I normally wear stuff until it's worn through, but the local charity shops will still take it and sell it as scrap fabric and get some money from it.
