2x CeramicSpeed Specialized Bottom Bracket, 46mm ED x 30mm ID (fits Tarmac SL6 and Allez) - Brand new £105, second hand serviced as new - £75 (these are £175 on Wiggle!)
Thomson Elite Seatpost - £35 - 27.2 x 410mm. Few marks but nothing to write home about (Currently £80 on Wiggle).
