Dark this morning on the way to work. Not much going on as is usual of late.
Trying to recruit people in the office for a run next year but struggling.
WFH - which means I may get chance to work out why my bike bag weighs so much.
In two minds wether to leave to meet up with the others at 2am or go over tonight and have a few beers
Stowaway?
Quiet-ish day at work today so think I will bunk off early and get some stuff done at home. Still got some bits to do connected with probate. With maybe a sneaky pint on the way somewhere

Looking at a holiday to Northern Italy to ride mountain bikes with a colleague/boss/notmyboss who has moved there as I have discovered that our new holiday booking app from work has given me 25 days to use before Christmas...
Off to race in Fort William tomorrow early morning then camping tomorrow night for race day Sunday, weather looks poor but not windy so the Gondola stages should still be happening.
unequivocal show of courage, discipline, respect, integrity, loyalty, selfless commitment, joy and accapella between a group of people who have been through it.
i think that scene is actually something we should all aspire to be and to live our lives by.

Evening slackers. Sadly been hit with IP blocked again on my mobile so couldn't post till I finished work. Can't blame IT at work because their security is that tight I can't log onto anything non work related. Currently considering several bottles of Belgian bier and slobbing in front of tv.
my knee hurts. i believe it is weakness trying to escape the body.
You could have stopped after 'weakness' .
Mine's hurting too, I'll admit it's just weakness
No problem doing a half marathon, or running up/down some mountain the next day. Little jog around the park at lunchtime and it's farked.
