So now claimed at the time they didn't have immunity
Scary though may only be charged with driving without due care which doesn't amount to custodial sentence.
Quite frankly she's a cowered chicken and should come back or be dragged kicking and screaming. They would be 8f other way round with plenty of cited cases.
Not surprising we have so many injuries/deaths on our road and growing sense of injustice for vonerable road users. How obvious must it be that you're on the wrong side of the road?
