Is there an online shop willing to sell the Optimo frameset only? So far I've seen only complete bikes.

Frameset options for lower end bikes don't exist unless it's a Planet X one.
Why not buy one a strip it?

The Tiagra one is £645 here:

You'd get around £200 for an unused Tiagra groupset, probably around £30-40 for the wheels and the same again for the finishing kit.

Bonus is you wouldn't have to install a BB, headset or cables.

    incorrect.

if you remove the groupset you have to install cables. if its internal cabling and hasn't got internal sheathing its a right PITA and could mean you have to take the b/b out to save your sanity.

I'm shying away from dragging a big bike box from the DHL store to my home.
I read on Evans Cycles how accurately they prep each bike nearly ready to ride before shipping and then I come along and strip it anyway, so I kinda feel sorry for them :D
Also I am too lazy to sell and ship a zillion parts via ebay.
    At least for now.
