Kickr 2014-16 and Aeroad Disc

Hi so I got the axle adapter for kickr to support disc.
Now the most confusing part, the Aeroad disc 2018 I have has 12mm thru axle but it does not come out the other side, in fact it’s cased in and there is a hex head but it looks like that holds the rear hanger in place.
I’m thinking someone had an Aeroad on a trainer?
I only want to do that for bike fit not for regular training use.

Solved, its just a bit of plastic glued on. Pushed it out and can now mount on the trainer. It's a bit of a bugger though as it will need to be re-glued back in place.0
