Bike bag for plane travel?

Hi, I am cycling to Paris in May and getting the plane back to Glasgow. I have 2 choices, 1)take a travel bag with me squeezed into one of the panneir bags or buy one in Paris.
I don't really wanna spend more than £50 and have seen a few for this, I know the cheap ones aren't great but plan on packing it out in Paris with bubble wrap etc.
I wanted to know if anyone can recommend a bag that would roll/fold up small enough to fit in one of my panneir bags?
Thanks

Or find a bike shop in Paris scrounge a cardboard box and buy a roll of gaffer tape0 -
i use a ctc bag when traveling ,, it just folds up and sits on panniers, a little bulky but no real weight. you could probably pick one up in paris or a simple cardboard bike box from shop.0
