Flux - disc brakes

So my Tarmac disc housing touches the flux which leaves a gap between my rear stay and flux. So I’ve plugged the gap with a spanner and it all located flush and tightens up as it should.
If I leave the gap and tighten the spindle for the disc housing to cram against the flux the gears are fine but there’s a gap between the rear stay and flux. Far from
ideal.
However with the make do bush, the chain line seems to be out as only one gear works as it should with the remaining gears being noisy or the chain jumps out
New chain , newish sprocket, I’ve contacted Tacx support but was hopeful someone has found a work around they could share?
