Trek Emonda ALR Custom Build

Hi everyone
It's time to let this one go, as I'm getting a cx bike and do not have space for all my bikes!
I built this up myself, from a frameset in April last year. It has been meticulously looked after and maintained by myself, and is running more sweetly than any of my other bikes. Shifting, braking, cable glide are all simply perfect. This is a super fun bike to ride, and as built it weighs in at approx 7.3kg according to my luggage scales. It is incredibly quick to accelerate and I do not feel it's any less stiff or efficient when compared to my Canyon Ultimate CF. This was built as a somewhat luxury second bike, hence the quality of the parts and build.
The frame is a size 52. For reference I'm 173cm, perhaps of the slightly leggy variety - and have a 75.1cm saddle height here, measured to bottom bracket. I also ride a size 54 Caad and a size S (also 54) Canyon. The contact points are set up to match my Canyon (on which I've been fitted) perfectly. If you check the geo charts for the ALR you'll see that the difference in reach between the 52 and the size up is within a few mm, though the 52 has a shorter headtube / lower stack and as such a less slope in the top tube, making for a slightly racier fit.
This bike has taken me across the Alps, Gran Canaria, Sicily and Mallorca, and has been utterly faultless!
Kit is as follows:
Ultegra R8000 throughout except:
Ultegra 6800 shifters
105 5800 Crankset (52/36, 170mm) and Cassette (11-32)
Campagnolo Zonda C17 wheelset
Kalloy Uno (ultralight) Stem - 100mm
Riesel Design Carbon TopCap
Deda Zero100 Alloy Bars - 40cm c-c
3T Stylus 25 Team Carbon Seatpost in stealth black on black
Fizik Antares R5
KMC chain
Shimano R550 SPD-SL Pedals
Carbon bottle cages (19 gr each) - with added sugru mod, no lost bottles
Cinelli Kaleidoscope leather bartape
Weels Mfg mech hanger
I'm looking for £900, collected in East/Central London.
The rear wheel's brake surface is showing some wear (pictured) but has plenty of life left.. Just some slight concave wear to the brake surface. I've actually checked wall thickness with some dentist's callipers and can confirm these have many 1000's of km's to go yet. However I am more than happy to sell with barely used, mint condition Aksium's (also 17mm internal rim width) if preferred.. We can discuss appropriate price reduction if so.
Following from this, I'm also willing to split if there's interest in the frame, or sell as full bike minus wheels, pedals, saddle etc etc. I'm flexible. Lastly, I can add in an excellent condition R8000 crankset of same measurements if Ultegra throughout is preferred, again price adjustment to be discussed if so.
I've tried to show all minor blemishes in the photos, as you can see this bike is in lovely condition.. I've no idea how I scraped the rear mech, I think just by virtue of travels!
Any questions do just shout. Thanks for looking!
