Bike to Work Scheme advice please

Hi All,
My employer has a spending limit of £1500 and uses two schemes which don't include online retailers.
This is a problem in that the bike I want is currently £2500, a Vitus Escarpe 29 VRX, which is only available from Wiggle and CRC.
I've had conversations with my employer and they won't budge.
Is there any way to use the scheme and work around this problem?
