    Not sure I like this from the judge: "Sometimes cyclists are rightly criticised for the manner in which they conduct themselves on their bikes – but not one iota of criticism could be made of Morgan Berry in that regard."

    I mean - if he had jumped a red light would Mr Hanley have had some justification in driving after after him down a dirt track, knocking him off and punching him in the face?

    Yep, pathetic from judge. Any negativity towards the cyclist from the powers that be will just give these idiots justification in their tiny minds for driving dangerously. Goes to show if a judge says that how we lack any sort of respect for cycling or cyclists in this country.

    Dangerous driving (which he was convicted of) means a mandatory retest...
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
