Has anyone had a response in the last 5 days or so?
Pretty sure they’ll come good but the lack of response is annoying.

About what? I've not encountered any operating problems with the App, my ROAM or the Wahoo cloud.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0

The screen failed on my BOLT, it was collected by TNT last Wednesday and they said they would send out a replacement either the same day or day after. Its now almost a week and despite me leaving numerous messages on the ticket I have not had a response.

I've had excellent service from them in the uk.
Few issues with a core trainer were dealt with quickly. They even sent me a new trainer before I had to return the broken one!0
